Jennifer Gorn is a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney who represents individuals and families navigating serious injuries and complex legal challenges. She is known for her steady, practical approach and her ability to guide clients through difficult situations with clarity and confidence.

Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer spent nearly a decade working in emergency departments throughout southeastern Wisconsin and served as a licensed EMT. That experience continues to shape her practice today—bringing focus, composure, and a deep understanding of what clients are going through during high-stress moments.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law. She began her legal career representing injury victims at a personal injury firm in Illinois before returning to her hometown of Burlington, Wisconsin. There, she developed a broad litigation practice and became a named partner, handling a wide range of civil matters.

In 2022, Jennifer chose to focus her practice exclusively on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. She has since successfully represented clients through trial, arbitration, and mediation, recovering significant results while maintaining a strong focus on each client’s overall experience.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois, as well as in the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice.
