Ty J. Kluesner

Ty J. Kluesner is an attorney at MacGillis Law Group who represents injured clients in personal injury matters and advocates for police and fire unions in labor and employment matters.

Ty’s connection to MacGillis Law Group began well before he became an attorney. Before attending law school, he spent more than two years with the firm as a litigation paralegal, working alongside attorneys and clients through every stage of a personal injury case, from the initial intake through trial. That experience shaped his decision to attend law school and build a career helping people through difficult and often unfamiliar circumstances.

While earning his law degree at Marquette University Law School, Ty continued working with MacGillis Law Group as a law clerk and served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Having worked with clients in different roles throughout his career, Ty understands the importance of being accessible, listening carefully, and making sure people understand what is happening with their case. He brings that same practical, personal approach to his work with injured clients and Wisconsin’s police and fire unions.

A lifelong Wisconsin resident, Ty was born and raised in the Milwaukee area. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, working on his golf game, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, and playing guitar.
