Award-Winning Personal Injury Lawyers

Attorney Spotlight: Meet Partner Jennifer Gorn

Jennifer Gorn represents people going through some of the hardest moments of their lives—and she takes that responsibility seriously.

Her path to personal injury law didn’t start in an office. Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer spent nearly a decade working in emergency departments across southeastern Wisconsin and served as a licensed EMT. She’s been in high-pressure situations where decisions matter and people are counting on you. That experience still shapes how she shows up for her clients today: steady, focused, and ready to do the work when it counts.

Jennifer earned her law degree, cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law and began her career representing injury victims at a personal injury firm in Illinois. She later returned to her hometown of Burlington, Wisconsin, where she built a strong litigation practice and became a named partner—handling everything from civil disputes to family matters and probate.

But her focus has always come back to one thing: helping people who have been hurt.

In 2022, Jennifer made the decision to dedicate her practice fully to personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Since then, she has helped clients navigate complex cases through trial, arbitration, and mediation—recovering millions of dollars and, just as importantly, helping people move forward.

Jennifer approaches every case the same way: take the time to understand the person behind it, be straightforward about what to expect, and go to bat when it matters most. No shortcuts. No posturing. Just honest work and strong advocacy.

Outside of work, Jennifer’s life is just as full. She and her husband are raising three busy kids in a house that also includes a rotating cast of pets—with more animals likely on the way. It’s a good reminder that while the work is serious, life outside of it matters just as much.

We’re proud to have Jennifer on our team and excited for the impact she’ll make for our clients.
