Frank M. Gagliardi
About Frank
Frank M. Gagliardi is a partner at MacGillis Law Group whose practice focuses on personal injury law. He has represented thousands of individuals and families throughout Wisconsin, helping people navigate the legal process after they have been injured.
Frank has successfully advocated for clients in both state and federal courts in cases involving trucking and auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability, medical malpractice, and other serious injuries. He believes strong representation starts with understanding what happened, what matters to the client, and what it will take to move the case forward.
Before joining MacGillis Law Group, Frank served as a Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge. His experience on the bench gives him a valuable perspective on how cases are presented, evaluated, and ultimately decided. Combined with his years representing injured people, that perspective allows Frank to look at a case from every angle and help clients make informed decisions about the path forward.
Frank earned his law degree magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
A lifelong Kenosha County resident, Frank has spent years giving back to the community he calls home. He is a longtime board member of Lakeland Little League, where he has served as President and Safety Instructor. Today, he coaches high school softball players through VA Glory Softball, helping young athletes pursue opportunities to play at the college level.
Outside the office and away from the softball field, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, Dana, and their two daughters, Maya and Frankie.
