Lauren E. Raupp
About Lauren
Lauren E. Raupp is the Managing Partner of MacGillis Law Group, where she has dedicated her career to representing injured individuals and families throughout Wisconsin. Her practice focuses exclusively on personal injury, including serious motor vehicle and trucking collisions, motorcycle crashes, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, unsafe products, nursing home abuse and neglect, dog bites and animal attacks, and wrongful death. Lauren also has significant experience representing police officers, firefighters, and other first responders injured while serving their communities.
Lauren believes the client should be the most important person in the room. Their goals, concerns, and priorities help guide the decisions made throughout a case. She combines that client-centered approach with thorough preparation and a deep understanding that no two people—and no two injuries—are exactly alike.
As Managing Partner, Lauren brings that same philosophy to her leadership of MacGillis Law Group. She is committed to a firm culture built around strong advocacy, preparation, accountability, and a genuine connection with the people the firm represents.
Lauren was named the Wisconsin Association for Justice’s 2022 Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a Top 10 Under 40 Attorney by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. In 2024, she was elected a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation in recognition of her professional achievement, leadership, and service.
Lauren is actively involved in Wisconsin’s legal community. She has served as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division and Vice Chair of the Women’s Caucus for the Wisconsin Association for Justice and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
Lauren earned her J.D. and Certificate in Litigation from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and a Student Practitioner with Milwaukee Corporation Counsel and was inducted into Marquette’s Pro Bono Honor Society.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Lauren has proudly made Wisconsin her home. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and their two sons, George and Henry.
